Dr. Losira Nasirumbi Sanya is a lecturer at the Department of Extension and Innovation Studies, Makerere University. She holds a PhD in Agricultural and Rural Innovation, an MSc. in Agricultural Economics and a BA in Social Sciences all from Makerere University, Uganda. She is a result-oriented social and development research professional with over 10 years of extensive strategic, adaptive and applied research experience. Dr Losira has attained further professional training in Integrated Agricultural Research for Development (IAR4D); designing and managing multi-stakeholder processes for rural innovation; value chains and market-oriented research; and Monitoring, Evaluation and Impact Assessment of R&D Investments in Agriculture.
At this course Losira will be in charge of moderating the virtual aspect of the course.
