Jenipher Bisikwa is an Agronomist and a Senior Lecturer at the School of Agricultural Sciences, Makerere University, Uganda. She has engaged in research and consultancy projects on the development of appropriate agronomic packages using participatory approaches that involve farming communities in both technology development and dissemination. She is a fellow of the African Women in Agricultural Research and Development (AWARD) and has also been recognized for dedication and commitment to excellence in mentoring by AWARD, CGIAR Gender & Diversity Program. Jenipher has a PhD in Applied Plant Sciences and an MSc in Agronomy from the University of Minnesota, USA.
