Hillary is a recent graduate with a Master’s in Public Administration from the Cornell Institute for Public Affairs in Cornell University, who worked on communications for the GREAT project. Her previous experience includes agricultural, environmental and economic development with the US Peace Corps in Guinea and Mali. She is currently employed with the Millennium Challenge Corporation.
