Thomas L Odong, from Uganda, is currently a lecturer/Biometrician at School of Agricultural Sciences, Makerere University. His areas of specialization include: Research methods, Applied statistics, Plant genetic resources, Statistical genetics and Bioinformatics. He has over 14 years of experiences in multidisciplinary research, teaching and statistical consulting. Thomas obtained his PhD in Statistical genetics from Wageningen University in the Netherlands in 2012. He also held a post-doctoral fellow the laboratory of Bioinformatics at Wageningen University.
