Lilian is a research associate at IITA in Cameroon who leads the gender aspects of the BBTD project in West and Central Africa. She participates in the development of gender protocols and gender responsive management for data collection and qualitative research. Lilian studied Women and Gender Studies as an undergraduate and holds a PhD in Gender and Natural Resource Management from Brandenburg University of Technology, Cottbus-Senftenberg, Germany.
