The Community of Practice (CoP) is the true spirit of GREAT, connecting the GREAT family across disciplines, roles, institutions and national borders. Through the CoP GREAT fellows collaborate on project proposals, peer review articles, and share resources and job opportunities. Beyond this, the CoP brings the transformative power of the GREAT course into institutions across Africa, laying the groundwork for institutional change.
